yes! all those quoted will be receiving a free copy by mail, probably mid-May. Bayer will be distributing copies as well, so if readers attend the ADA meeting in DC in June or the AADE meeting in LA in August, visit the Bayer booth!
Congrats, Kassie. Be sure to do the Amazon link on your page so if people happen to buy your book from your website, your site collects more of the profits. (Insulin Pumpers' website does this.) Are you doing a book tour?
In re: to Nicole's post, we do standing O's at my Weight Watchers meetings, LOL.
