Old and Broken

Ok, so that's a maudlin post title, but I'm getting ready for my trip to Chicago and am just a smidge bummed out about the small pharmacy that I'm packing for a two day trip.

Insulin, pump supplies, a back-up syringe (at least I'm going to a place where I could probably acquire an infusion set in a pinch), synthroid, and the newest addition to the bag: benadryl and an inhaler.

< /whine >

In other news, the english language has hit 1 billion words. And I can't think of anything to say about that except, "Cool."
