Once I realized that it wasn't a fake-subtitled piece, I laughed and laughed and laughed until I almost threw up.
Loved it! Having moved to Sweden in the 60s, having married a Swede and now having a Swedish passport, but born in the States and currently living in Belgium, I adored the comment about always loosing to Sweden in hockey and Eurovision. Swedes Norwegians and Finns always pick on each other. This choir is typical Nordic humor at its best! Just too funny! LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT!
Yep. Saw this last week. Laughed until I cried. Have actually spent some time in Finland (though not enough time to learn any Finnish, sadly) and boy is this hilarious. Mostly also because Finns aren't the type of people to complain in public at all... It's a very stoic culture. And I think that sort of comes across here...despite the hilarity of the song, they sing it so seriously!
